  3. Step 3 From this mixture take small amount and make lemon size balls.flat in the middle with your palm to give shape of kabab.prepare all kababs like this. In a pan add some oil and shallow fry these kababs until golden brown from both sides..
  4. Step 4 These kababs has used with tea as a snacks or you can taken in the lunch or dinner with roti or paratha..
